An approved cancellation returns the locked entry coins. Open the match to check its status.

Rejected withdrawal

The full withdrawal hold returns to your available balance after rejection.

Play Coins have no cash value. A coin return restores virtual coins; it is not a bank refund. Pending reviews do not guarantee a return. An approved coin withdrawal removes the held coins and does not create a cash payout. For any real payment concern, contact support with the relevant reference.
